Zappos vs. Amazon
If Amazon gets a lot of customer service calls, it will try to figure out why -- maybe there's something confusing about the product description -- and then it will try to fix the problem so that it can reduce the number of phone calls, which keeps prices low. But at Zappos, we want people to call us. We believe that forming personal, emotional connections with our customers is the best way to provide great service.

magic mouse, fixed. Finally
Together with my new iMac, I became the owner of a new Magic Mouse (www.apple.com/magicmouse).
It's an awesome product regarding its design and functionality, but the problem with it is that the
mouse does not contour to the users hand.
After some time I got pain in my wrist, I had to do something about it.
One thing was to change my keyboard layout for a more ergonomic typing.
There are not really buttons on the magic mouse one could switch, so I
searched for another solution. And I found one: Magic Mouse, fixed.

I just worked half a day today with it, and it feels really good.
